All cancellations or changes of existing reservations must be received by 2pm Milan time at least 7 days prior to arrival date, or a penalty equal to the total cost of the full stay will be charged. The same penalty applies to early departures and no-shows.
A credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card before Guests’ arrival by preauthorizing the card.
