Caruso Nuovo opens its doors, following a restyling of both the interiors, by Dimorestudio, and the gourmet menu, by Chef Gennaro Esposito. The Bertazzoni family has chosen to bring an elegant, convivial new look to the restaurant, shaping an image in which classic engages with contemporary, in keeping with the gourmet creations brought to guests by Executive Chef Francesco Potenza, also from the Campania region, and boasting a career developed in some of the finest restaurants in Italy.

Our gourmet restaurant is full of atmosphere that is romantic by candlelight and always elegant. The name Don Carlos is a tribute to the great Maestro Verdi, who made the ‘Milan’ his home for 27 years. Walls are filled with portraits, sketches and scenes from La Scala’s museum, the soundtrack is a collection of operatic arias.
