The Grand Hotel et de Milan is located in the heart of town, few stepos away from the Duomo Cathedral, the La Scala Theatre and the most important shopping streets. Since its opening in 1863, the hotel has been the favourite Milanese home of artists, business men, designers and musicians.

The hotel has two restaurants, one bar and three lounges for events.

The rooms are all different and decorated with old style and antique furniture. The Don Carlos restaurant has a cosy atmosphere, a classical setting that creates a timeless elegance. It has, a considerable historical value: its cellar contains a section of Roman wall built by the Emperor Maximilian in 250 A.D.
Among the famous guests, the most illustrious has been the composer Giuseppe Verdi, who stayed here for many years. Now a day, like in the past, the management is granted by a Milanese family which continues the tradition that makes this prestigious hotel famous all over the world.
